Groomers

Wendy

Wendy is one of our two Certified Pet Groomers. She has been in the industry for 5 years, and working at Limestone Vet for just as long. She loves seeing the client's faces when they pick up their freshly groomed pet. Although Wendy hails from Chicago (Go Bears!) she now lives in Pike Creek with her dog Noah. On her days off she likes to do arts and crafts, cook, and spend time with her pet, friends, and family.

 

 

Rebecca

Rebecca is our other Certified Pet Groomer, and has been working in the industry for 4 years. She joined us at Limestone in March 2006. She says her favorite part of the job is "the accomplishment of a well-groomed pet." Rebecca is a native of Brooklyn, NY and is a huge Yankees fan. She currently lives in Newark with her Bichon Frise named August. On her days off she likes photography, bowling and going to the movies.


Merralyn

Merralyn

Merralyn joined our LVH grooming team in the summer of '09. She holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry from Central Missouri State University, and spent 19 years working for DuPont in mammalian toxicology and pathology. She is a riding instructor at Carousel Park and a horse trainer for New Castle County Mounted Police, as well as a dog obedience and agility trainer and a professional woodcarver! Merralyn lives with her family and four dogs in Pike Creek, and enjoys working with the dogs in the grooming shop, carving, and playing the bagpipes!

 


Trish
Trisha

In the summer of 2009, Trish joined our Grooming team. She has gone to school to become a veterinary assistant, and loves her job in Grooming. "I love to see all the beautiful dogs that come in." Trish lives in Pennsylvania with her three Boston Terriers. In her spare time, she likes to visit parks and nature centers.
