We Treat Your Pet Like Family

Meet our Gentle and Talented Grooming Staff!

Wendy is one of our two Certified Pet Groomers. She has been in pet grooming industry for five years, and working at Limestone Vet for just as long. She loves seeing the client's faces as they pick up their freshly groomed pet. Although Wendy hails from Chicago (Go Bears!) she now lives in Pike Creek with her dog Molly, a mix breed. On her days off Wendy likes to do arts and crafts, cook, and spend time with her pets, friends, and family.

Rebecca is our other Certified Pet Groomer and has been working in the industry for four years. She joined us at Limestone in March 2006. She says her favorite part of the job is the "accomplishment of a well groomed pet". Rebecca was born in Brooklyn, New York and is a huge Yankees fan. She currently lives in Newark with her Bichon Frise, August. On her days off she likes to go bowling, swimming, and see movies.

Ed is one of the Grooming Assistants. He joined the crew about a year ago and says he loves the job. Ed says that he does not have a favorite part of the job; overall it is enjoyable just to come in and work with all the pets and the other grooming staff! Ed is currently a student at the University of Delaware where he is studying Enviornmental Engineering.

Sara is also one of the Grooming Assistants. She joined the team in December 2006. She first started off as the Kennel Manager and Veterinary Assistant, but her interests switched into training to become a certified pet groomer. She says her favorite part of the job is "assisting and helping with the animals". Sara resides in Hockessin with her two cats, Miko and Buddy. As well as with her minature poodle, Teddy Bear. Sara also volunteers at a shelter for cats. On her days off Sara likes to read, paint, garden, and play with her pets.
