Appointment Policy

Client communication is a mainstay of our practice. To ensure that we have plenty of time to address your concerns, we request that you call ahead to schedule an appointment.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Cards, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  Please ask us if you need a complementary leash.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.  Please ask us if you need a complementary leash.
